白豆沙”，為雪花齋熱賣商品之一。
內餡以“花豆”製成，經過十餘道沉澱，及古法「水飛」工法，形成比白鳳豆更綿密細膩的花豆沙。
因其「細緻、沙軟有如冰涼般透心」的口感，故稱為「平西餅」或「平沙餅」（台語發音)。
遵循古法製成的獨家燙油麵皮，有著如布匹般柔軟具彈性的特殊口感，圈狀完美的烤色更是外觀上一大特點！

  • 保存期限：常溫19天（內含組裝檢驗及物流配送期，請以實品標示為主）
